摘要: The B-cell leukaemia/lymphoma-2 (bcl-2) proto-oncogene is unusual as its product appears to provide survival advantage B cells by blocking apoptosis. In this study, the expression of bcl-2 has been examined in normal nonhaematopoietic tissues, embryos, and psoriatic skin immunohistochemical staining. Bcl-2 protein mainly observed cell populations with a long life and/or proliferating ability such duct exocrine glands, basal keratinocytes, at bottom colon crypts, neurons. both adult embryo also embryonic kidney cartilage, was which were undergoing morphological transition from undifferentiated stem committed precursor cells. finding terminal differentiated syncytial trophoblast, but not cytotrophoblast, some responsive hormone stimulation endometrium myometrium suggests that gene may be related too responsiveness. As no bci-2 localization seen benign hyperproliferative condition psoriasis, does suggest straightforward link proliferation. These observations support view have an important role development, maturation, path differentiation.
