摘要: A1 is an anti-apoptotic bcl gene that expressed in endothelial cells (EC) response to pro-inflammatory stimuli. We show addition protecting EC from apoptosis, inhibits activation and its associated expression of proteins by inhibiting the transcription factor nuclear (NF)-kappaB. This new anti-inflammatory function gives a broader dimension protective role EC. also NF-kappaB essential for A1. Taken together, our data suggest downregulates not only pro-apoptotic response, but own expression, thus restoring quiescent phenotype
