摘要: Several in vivo experiments support the hypothesis that an IFN-gamma antagonist may have therapeutic applications autoimmune diseases, hypersensitivities, and alloreactions. exerts its biological activity through binding to a single-chain cell surface receptor. The protein corresponds external domain of mouse receptor was expressed insect cells infected with recombinant baculovirus; this characterized used as prototype antagonist. This does not show any strong antigenicity after injection mice. Despite blood half-life only 1-3 hr demonstrated pharmacokinetic experiments, soluble R able modify onset acute GVHD (alloreaction) chronic (lupuslike disease).
