Study on expression of lncRNA RGMB-AS1 and repulsive guidance molecule b in non-small cell lung cancer

摘要: The relationships between lncRNAs and tumors have currently become one of the focuses on cancer studies. However, there are a few studies about in non-small cell lung (NSCLC) at present. Microarray analysis was designed to study expression patterns three pairs NSCLC tissues. lncRNA RGMB-AS1 repulsive guidance molecule b (RGMB) were detected 72 paired tissues adjacent normal by qRT-PCR assay. relations RGMB with clinicopathological factors patients explored. A549 SPC-A-1 cells transfected siRNA negative control. level assay western blot analysis. results microarray found that 571 differentially expressed (Fold change cut-off: 5.0, P < 0.05), including 304 upregulated 267 downregulated lncRNAs. showed significantly higher than (P < 0.05), while mRNA an opposite trend (P < 0.05). Correlation indicated RGMB-AS1and inversely correlated (R2 = 0.590, P < 0.05). While levels associated occurrence differentiation status, lymph node metastases TNM stage Transfection RGMB-AS1, subsequent protein (P < 0.05) compared control groups. We identified patients.
