摘要: Objective The aim of this study was to determine the feasibility and durability truly stentless aortic valve replacement using autologous pericardium sutured directly onto wall. Methods Eleven patients (mean age, 55.9 years) requiring were recruited. A circular piece about 8 cm in diameter harvested treated 0.6% glutaraldehyde for 10 minutes. excised and, with use specially designed instruments (CardioMend LLC, Santa Barbara, Calif), sinotubular junction sized tailored required size shape then reconstructed assessed by echocardiography at end operation; it cardiac magnetic resonance imaging 6 months yearly. Computed tomographic scan assess calcification performed last follow-up. Results Hospital mortality 0%. Mean follow-up 6.5 years (range, 5.3−7.5 years). Freedom from structural deterioration, thromboembolism, endocarditis reoperation 100%, 72.7%, 63.6%, respectively. There 4 reoperations 4, 13, 15, 46 months, 3 them owing 1 technical failure noted time surgery. remaining 7 are alive well a mean New York Heart Association class 1.3 normally functioning valves no calcification. Conclusions Truly wall is safe feasible has excellent up 7.5
