摘要: Admissions interview data and college academic credentials of five classes University Missouri-Columbia medical students were evaluated as possible predictors clinical success. Those who judged by admissions interviewers to have high levels maturity, nonacademic achievement motivation or rapport approximately two three times likely receive outstanding internship recommendations those without such personal characteristics. Under-graduate grade-point average had a smaller but nevertheless significant relationship with success measured letters. These suggest that additional emphasis during selection upon applicants' characteristics would enhanced the these students.
