摘要: Silver chiral nano-flowers with 3-, 4-, and 5-fold symmetry were produced using oblique angle deposition method in conjunction the rotation of sample holder different speeds at sectors each revolution. X-ray diffraction, atomic force micro- scopy, scanning electron microscopy employed to obtain nanostructure morphology films. Their antibacterial, electrical, hydrophobic properties investigated. Antibacterial investi- gated against a range microorganisms including Escherichia coli ATCC 8739, Staphylococcus aureus 25923, Candida albicans PTCC 5027. Electri- cal conductivity these films relative that bulk is reduced by factor about 10 3 due porosity, surface roughness, anisotropic structure Hydrophobicity results show dependence on nano-flowers.
