摘要: A photocatalyst was applied to a lancet for pricking the finger obtain an antibacterial property. photocatalytic and uniform nano-layer of titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) on surface (0.36 mm x 24.5 mm) formed by sputtering annealed crystallization TiO layer. By elementary analysis layer, oxygen were detected. Next, estimation properties resulting from effect, packed into capillary tube filled with suspension Escherichia coli K-12 (non-spore-forming bacterium), continuously rolled in continuous UV-irradiation system under black-light irradiation. Distinct effects after irradiation at 0.5 mW cm -2 45 min observed crystallized layer lancet. Finally, lancing resistances obtained artificial skin sheet examined using control lancets, lancets unannealed or The results showed almost same (0.53 ± 0 N, n = 3) (0.51 0.018 N), while high resistance compared other (0.62 0.05 N). In conclusion, coated crystallized, velvety annealing had similar bare lancet, potential application monitoring blood glucose diabetes.
