摘要: Background: Previously, we reported that anodized porous titanium implants have photocatalytic hydrophilicity. However, this effect was not always sufficient for the significant improvement of bone apposition. Purpose: The purpose study to improve properties by fluoride modification dioxide (TiO2), and investigate initial cell response it. Materials Methods: ideal concentration ammonium hydrogen (NH4F-HF2) used in determined a static water contact angle assay. NH4F-HF2 0.175%, experimental disks were treated with concentration. A pluripotent mesenchymal line, C2C12, cultured on order attachment, morphology, proliferation. Results: Cell attachment after 30 minutes culturing significantly higher ultraviolet-irradiated, fluoride-modified TiO2 (p < .05), simultaneous scanning electron microscope observation showed rather flattened extended morphology. proliferation rate 24 hours also TiO2. Conclusion: Fluoride chemical enhances hydrophilic property improves it.
