摘要: The objective of the study was to evaluate efficacy and safety novel cauterization procedure inferior turbinate artery, which may be performed with any kind procedures in reducing intra post-operative bleeding partial turbinectomy. A prospective controlled conducted a referral center. Sixty patients (38M, 22F) who underwent turbinectomy were included. In 20 patients, one nasal cavity other without it. remaining 40 divided into two groups comprised positive negative are assessed terms bleeding. area 1 cm2 field is cm anterior posterior attachment on lateral wall, very close turbinate, where pulsating vessel most commonly seen. Mean operation time, mean intra-operative blood loss incidence main outcome measures. Post-operative seen three (15%) group. No patient had time amount significantly lower side. Cauterization artery wall safe effective method also reduce both
