摘要: Gut microbiota plays critical physiological roles in the energy extraction and control of local or systemic immunity. its disturbance also appear to be involved pathogenesis diverse diseases including metabolic disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, cancer, etc. In point view, gut can modulate lipid accumulation, lipopolysaccharide content production short-chain fatty acids that affect food intake, inflammatory tone, insulin signaling. Several strategies have been developed change such as prebiotics, probiotics, certain antidiabetic drugs fecal transplantation, which effects on body metabolism development disorders.
