摘要: A new method for noninvasive measurement of cutaneous blood flow is laser-Doppler flowmetry. The technique based on the fact that laser light back-scattered from moving red cells, with Doppler-shifted frequencies; these impulses lead to photodetectors and are converted signals. In this work we used a system low noise level. Comparison was made between atraumatic epicutaneous 133Xenon during reactive hyperemia orthostatic pressure changes. flowmeter seems measure in capillaries as well arteriovenous anastomoses, while 133Xe probably measures only capillary flow. calibration against would appear be impossible skin areas where anastomoses present. changes hyperemia, changes, venous stasis were found parallel measured by two methods without shunt vessels. useful supplement washout vascular physiology, but it important keep mind different parameters may measured.
