摘要: Activation of T cells by Ag or stimulation monocytes with inflammatory cytokines induces CD44 to bind hyaluronan (HA), an adhesion event implicated in leukocyte-leukocyte, leukocyte-endothelial cell, and leukocyte-stromal cell interactions. We have previously shown that TNF-α sulfation a leukemic line, which correlated the induction HA binding CD44-mediated adhesion. In this study, we establish IFN-γ induce CD14+ PBMC, whereas no induced was observed CD14− PBMC stimulated TNF-α. Treatment NaClO3, inhibitor sulfation, prevented significant percentage TNF-α, LPS, IL-1β, IFN-γ. Furthermore, presence NaClO3 reduced ability isolated CD44H HA, demonstrating direct effect on binding. contrast, transient PHA not affected suggesting activated do use as mechanism regulate Overall, these results demonstrate inducible is one used peripheral blood response agents such
