摘要: Problem Post-vaccination autoimmune phenomena are a major facet of the autoimmune/inflammatory syndrome induced by adjuvants (ASIA) and different vaccines, including HPV, have been identified as possible causes. Method study The medical history three young women who presented with secondary amenorrhea following HPV vaccination was collected. Data regarding type vaccine, number vaccination, personal, clinical serological features, well response to treatments were analyzed. Results All patients developed vaccinations, which did not resolve upon treatment hormone replacement therapies. In all cases sexual development normal genetic screen revealed no pertinent abnormalities (i.e., Turner's syndrome, Fragile X test negative). Serological evaluations showed low levels estradiol increased FSH LH in two cases, specific auto-antibodies detected (antiovarian anti thyroid), suggesting that vaccine triggered an response. Pelvic ultrasound reveal any cases. All experienced range common non-specific post-vaccine symptoms nausea, headache, sleep disturbances, arthralgia cognitive psychiatric disturbances. According these diagnosis primary ovarian failure (POF) determined also fulfilled required criteria for ASIA syndrome. Conclusion We documented here evidence potential trigger life-disabling condition. The increasing similar reports post vaccine-linked autoimmunity uncertainty long-term benefits matter public health warrants further rigorous inquiry.
