摘要: A multicolor quantum dot (QD)-based nanosensor for multiplex detection of two tumor markers in a homogeneous format based on fluorescence polarization immunoassay was proposed. QDs520 and QDs620 were labeled alpha-fetoprotein(α-AFP) carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), respectively. After separated purified by ultrafiltration, they used the simultaneous human serum alpha-fetoprotein antigen. Under optimal conditions, multi-analyte immunosensor had wide linear range (from 0.5 ng mL(-1) to 500 mL(-1)) both good correlation (0.996 α-AFP 0.993 CEA). The limits (LOD) 0.36 CEA 0.28 (S/N=3). fetoprotein clinical samples simultaneously detected. results from 28 agreement with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). relative standard deviation recovery suggested that precision accuracy this analytical method satisfactory. This strategy high sensitivity, specificity, easy procedures short analysis time shows great promise diagnoses basic discovery. application QDs longer lifetime small can be determination molecular-weight substances which cannot analyzed using dye immunoassay.
