摘要: Abstract This paper focuses on the ability of labor market to efficiently match heterogeneous workers jobs within a given industry and role that globalization plays in process. Using matched worker–firm data from Sweden, we find strong evidence openness improves matching between firms industries with greater comparative advantage. suggests there may be significant gains have not been identified past — improve efficiency process market. These results remain unchanged after adding controls for technical change at level or measures domestic anti-competitive regulations product competition. Our are also robust alternative degree matching, openness, trade status an industry.
