摘要: Concentrations of Fe, Pb, Cu, Zn and Cd were determined during one season in the red alga Gracilaria verrucosa, sediment seawater from Thermaikos Gulf, Greece. This region has been subject to change due increases industrial domestic activities. The relative abundance metals G. verrucosa decreased order: Fe>Zn>Pb>Cu>Cd sediment: Pb>Fe>Zn>Cu>Cd. Cadmium concentration correlated positively with that seawater. There was positive correlation between Fe concentrations those Cu. showed no significant differences stations. Lead, Cu slightly higher at Biamyl, whereas Perea Nea Krini. Seasonal variation metal for Fe. Copper increased winter summer, opposite. Zinc minimum Pb maximum spring. These variations are discussed relation tissue age, life cycle, ambient other environmental conditions. inG. Gulf lower than species genus.
