摘要: This study was aimed to determine the immersion dose of recombinant giant grouper growth hormone (rElGH) increase eel juvenile (glass eel). After shock salinity treatment (NaCl 3% for 2 min), glass were immersed in water containing 0.9% NaCl, 0.01% bovine serum albumin, and different rElGH (0, 0.12, 1.2, 12 120 mg/L). Glass fed on blood worm first month, commercial diet second month rearing. Fish rearing performed 60 L aquarium at density 150 fish per aquarium. The results showed that higher body weight obtained mg/L, by increment about 37.4% compared control. mg/L also increased specific rate 29.3% (p<0.05) Furthermore, treatment, feed conversion ratio decreased 33.7% 25.6% control, respectively. Protein (7.15±0.08%) lipid (9.95±0.10%) retentions rElGH-treated than those control (protein 6.17±0.07%; 5.73±0.06%). Lower protein content (12.73%), while (8.35%) crude carbohydrate (3.22%) found (13.24%, 5.90%, 1.76%, respectively). Thus, general, could generate high performances juvenile, application can be useful aquaculture production.
