Gastric uptake of recombinant growth hormone in rainbow trout

摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate gastrointestinal uptake recombinant growth hormone in rainbow trout. Recombinant human GH used this avoid cross reactivity with endogenous trout molecule. Using both vitro and vivo approach, results demonstrate that stomach is main site for orally administered intact (hGH) presence hGH verified by western blot analysis tissue as well serum after 30 minutes intubation. No traces could be detected 90 administration, indicating rapid clearance Furthermore, no immunoreactive other tissues including mid-gut, muscle liver at time points tested. findings provide novel information on gastric trout, would relevance application aquaculture.
