摘要: A total of five recombinant Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis viruses (BMNPV) carrying the grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) growth hormone (GH) cDNA were constructed in this study. Two them able to express up a level 12 microgram/ml medium when cultured B. cells infected for 4 days. Inoculation into silkworm (B. mori) host significantly increased GH achievable. The amount produced per larva was estimated be around 1 mg. had immunological and biological activities similar native hormone. N-terminal sequence same as one, indicating that fish signal peptide correctly processed by insect cells. Silkworm powder prepared from larvae with virus used food supplement fish. Compared control, dietary effective increasing rate juvenile carp.
