Sweet's syndrome and sarcoidosis

摘要: In this review we summarize a number of cases Sweet's syndrome (SS) associated with sarcoidosis that have been reported in the English literature. all cases, two disorders were diagnosed simultaneously. Patients both younger and had higher rate fever than patients SS alone. group patients, found trend toward less skin involvement face trunk, more upper limbs, atypical lesions, particularly papules. The association seems to be related subset acute (Lofgren's syndrome). All benign course self-limiting disease. Thus, could considered favorable prognostic factor. Although has high recurrence, no recurrence occurred during follow-up.
