摘要: The wound healing effect of the aqueous leave extracts Azadirachta indica (neem tree) was investigated on adult male wistar rats. aim this study is to scientifically determine if has abilities. Twenty rats (two groups 10 control and experimental rats)of average weight 150-200g were used for study. A 2cm by 2 area made at dorsolateral aspect an extract applied while normal saline All animals had their dressed every three days, dimension measured morphometry assessed. Wound biopsy collected random selection in each group day 9 complete reepithelialization. Tissue processing done using paraffin wax method. Slides stained with haematoxilin eosin histological assessment fibroblast, neovascularization, granulation end scar tissue profile. Results showed significant contraction 6 (p 0.05 ). of significantly increased ( p<0.05 ) closure compared group. Aqueous promotes activity through inflammatory response neovascularization.
