摘要: Object Preservation of the visual field in glioma surgery, especially avoidance hemianopia, is crucial for patients' quality life, particularly driving. Recent studies used tractography or cortical occipital stimulation to try avoid deficit. However, optic radiations have not been directly mapped intraoperatively. The authors present, first time their knowledge, a consecutive series awake surgeries cerebral with intrasurgical identification and preservation pathways using subcortical electrical mapping.
