Nuevos agentes en la gestión ambiental: El caso de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil en Ensenada

摘要: The environment is a complex space where multiple interests converge, so the traditional government has been insufficient to respond new demands of environmental management. In this sense, theory governance suggests bigger role for social actors in decision-making more effective resolution problems. This article focuses on Civil Society Organizations (cso’s) Ensenada, due its relevance public sphere and ecological value area. Twenty two csos, participants network were characterized through survey. It was found that three types csos are focusing conservation agenda urban sustainability.
