Left‐Sided gallbladder with intrahepatic portal venous anomalies

摘要: The congenital anomaly in which the gallbladder is found on left of round and falciform ligaments (left-sided gallbladder) rare. We report two patients with left-sided whom intrahepatic portal venous anomalies were identified. Computed tomography intraoperative ultrasonography used to define anomaly. A long straight main vein was demonstrated, did not have typical umbilical portion. right anterior segmental branch (case 1), or 2) shown course a ventral direction terminate as cul de sac. ligament (right ligament) attached this termination, forming medial branches originated from portion, coursed left.
