摘要: Although the cell-free translation system is now widely accepted as an efficient platform for production, engineering and screening of recombinant proteins, it has not been successfully used synthesis peptide molecules mainly due to low expression yields rapid proteolysis expressed peptides. In this study, we propose a novel strategy recovery which involves rational design template DNA heterogenous reaction in presence affinity beads. Various were detectable level recovered situ substantial yield. We expect that presented approach will be versatile generation variety molecules.
