摘要: A novel three-dimensional culture system for the ex vivo expansion of human umbilical cord blood (CB) hematopietic progenitor cells (HPCs) was developed by growing CB mononuclear on highly porous CultiSpher G microspheres coated with bone marrow stromal in stirred flasks presence supplemented cytokines.
