摘要: This study's primary goal was to develop an effective ex vivo expansion method for haematopoietic cells. 3D culture of mouse bone marrow cells performed in porous scaffolds using a sheet or cube shape. Bone were cultured on marrow-derived stromal layers formed within the and effect scaffold shape examined. In some experiments, cubic frozen then used after thawing. Results show that comparison, total cell density greater cultures scaffold, suggesting it superior sheet-like expanding When cryopreserved stroma used, effectively supported cells, [(erythroid progenitor (HPCs)] achieved than with had not been cryopreserved. Expansion several other advantages such as shorter period conventional method, stable supply ease handling scaling up. As result, this is attractive stem (HSCs) HPCs clinical use.
