摘要: OBJECTIVE To assess the clinical value of left ventricular Tei-index in early evaluation cardiac function hypertensive patients with hypertrophy after radiochemotherapy. METHODS Thirty malignancies and 30 without were enrolled this study, normotensive as control group. Left indexes detected using Doppler echocardiography before radiochemotherapy, changes index compared among 3 groups. RESULTS After was significantly higher than (P<0.05), similar between latter two No significant differences found ejection fraction (EF), ratio to late filling velocities (E/A ratio), or end-systolic volume (EDV) groups CONCLUSION is more sensitive traditional assessing functions chemotherapy.
