摘要: This rapid method makes use of the stable yellow colour complex developed when an excess a molybdate solution is added to acidified vanadate and orthophosphate; all three reagents required can be used in composite solution. Details for determination water-soluble total phosphate are given using Spekker photoelectric absorptiometer. Results agree within 2.5% those obtained by standard gravimetric method, on nine fertilizers being given.
