摘要: The ever increasing level of wind power penetration in Spain has a remarkable impact on system operation and costs. Furthermore, the Iberian Peninsula Power System is considered to be weak systems. With interconnections, fluctuations could affect security, reliability stability system. There are times when combination several events or actions taken (coincidence coordinated) may lead worst condition An evolution procedures regulations related have been performed developed by Spanish Transmission Operator (TSO) tackle these extreme events; thus, improving overall integration. This paper analyzes during past years implemented TSO. Events analyzed from TSO perspective as well farm turbines point aspects. Operational decisions techniques resolve also described this paper.
