摘要: Endoscopic retrogade cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a standard of care endoscopic technique using conventional side-viewing duodenoscope to treat wide variety biliopancreatic pathologies. However, surgically altered gastric and/or small bowel anatomy renders ERCP more challenging because several reasons. Depending on the type surgical reconstruction, different approaches have been developed in order perform therapeutic ERCP. The current review highlights latest developments deal with problems patients anatomy, and discusses future directions improvement.
