摘要: Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in surgically altered anatomy can be technically challenging, because of three main problems that must overcome: (1) endoscopically traversing the luminal anatomy, (2) cannulating biliary orifice from an position, and (3) performing interventions with available ERCP instruments. This article addresses most common challenging variations encountered by a gastroenterologist ERCP. It also highlights innovations progress have been made coping these anatomic variations, special attention paid to bariatric surgery.
