摘要: Extraction of large bile duct stones in patients who have undergone a Billroth II (B-II) gastrectomy can be challenging. Recently, balloon dilation performed after endoscopic sphincterotomy (ESLBD) was useful for the removal stones. The aim our study to evaluate feasibility and safety ESLBD B-II gastrectomy. were 11 with at Tokyo Medical University Hospital. Immediately EST, catheter (maximum diameter 15 mm, 18 mm, or 20 mm) passed over guide-wire positioned across main duodenal papilla. Maximum stone size (short diameter) ranged from 7 30 mm median 13.5 mm. number 1–26 4.8. common 10 mm 18.1 mm. A mechanical lithotripter crushing used two (18%). Papillary using variously sized balloons addition sphincterotomy. Complete clearance achieved all cases one session. There no procedure-related adverse events such as acute pancreatitis retroperitoneal perforation. appears an effective safe treatment difficult
