摘要: Abstract Background Extraction of bile duct stones in patients who have undergone Roux-en-Y anastomosis can be challenging. Recently, large balloon dilation following endoscopic sphincterotomy has been shown to useful for the removal stones. Aim We retrospectively evaluated feasibility and safety with anastomosis. Methods Large papillary EST was performed on intact papilla 15 at our institution. When we could not use long-type accessories, a conventional forward-viewing upper endoscope passed through over tube single-balloon or double-balloon enteroscope short-type accessories. Following sphincterotomy, catheter positioned across main duodenal papilla. The size used ranged from 15 mm 20 mm. Results Complete clearance achieved all cases initial session without any adverse events. A mechanical lithotriptor crushing one patient (6.7%). Conclusion appears an effective safe treatment difficult-to-remove .
