摘要: Endothelin-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of asthma by causing bronchial smooth muscle constriction and airway remodelling. Bronchial epithelial cells represent an important source endothelin-1 this disease, increased release cell-derived contribute to genesis subepithelial fibrosis promoting fibroblast proliferation collagen production. In study, we demonstrate that upregulates fibronectin gene expression via ETAreceptor.
