摘要: Abstract Experiments were conducted to evaluate digestible (dig) Lys requirements of male and female broiler chickens from 49 63 d age. A dose-response diet consisting corn, soybean meal, corn gluten meal was formulated be adequate in dig amino acid concentrations with the exception Lys. l -Lysine · HCl added create 7 experimental diets. Concentrations diets ranged 0.50 1.04% increments 0.09%. Variables measured consisted standardized dietary digestibility, feed intake, BW gain, conversion, mortality, abdominal fat weight percentage, carcass yield, total breast meat yield. In experiment 1, determined as 0.51% cecectomized roosters. 2, broilers for weight, yield 0.86, 0.88, 0.90, 0.90%, respectively, based on 95% responses. From age, optimized growth measurements approximately 3.0 g intake. 3, estimated 0.79 0.83%, gain conversion. Digestible intake necessary optimize performance 2.8 g/bird during These results indicate that 0.87 0.90% diet, Conversely, requirement females 0.81% only performance.
