摘要: For entrepreneurs creative problem solving and innovation are key capabilities that can be built through experience entrepreneurial learning. Unfortunately education has received increased criticism over the past decade suggesting entrepreneurship courses do not sufficiently emphasize development of capabilities. Although several scholars educators need for nurturing creativity in it remains unclear how to efficiently stimulate pertinent contexts. The aim our study is show logics RBV theory used explain behaviours which EC manifested resource construction. contribution this paper initiates analysis from a resource-based view provides foundation building corresponding pedagogy specific process effectively introduce training EE.
