摘要: Abstract A simple and versatile chromatographic procedure has been described for the purification of fatty acyl-CoA thiol esters, ranging in chain length from C 2 to 18 . The method yields products that are over 90% pure, as judged by several criteria, 80% or greater. It may also be applicable analytical procedures where resolution isolation acylated CoA, CoASH, CoA-S-S-CoA adenine nucleotide a large number reaction mixtures is required.
