摘要: This contribution is intended to illustrate a system of specific in vivo immune diagnosis and therapy solid tumors structured into three sections, each introducing one part an idiotypic cascade that characterizes this system. The first section gives personal interpretation the problem therapeutic management context colorectal carcinomas, followed by approach used construct chimerized immunoglobulin derivatives for tumor targeting passive immunotherapy. Finally, characterization network will be described its implications active immunotherapy CEA-expressing discussed.
