摘要: Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is one of the classic diseases in neurology with an easily recognized clinical pattern acral paresthesias, ascending generalized weakness, and areflexia. This has typical presentations several variants, as well variable electrodiagnostic features, treatment modalities including selection immunomodulating agents. chapter reviews current views pathogenesis GBS, its differential diagnosis, prognosis. A review GBS variants follows discussions classical GBS.
