摘要: Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS), a variant of Guillain-Barre syndrome, is rare disorder typically characterized by triad ataxia, areflexia, and ophthalmoplegia, which may have highly variable clinical presentation. We report case MFS in 45-year-old female presenting with sphenoid sinusitis sixth nerve palsy. She underwent endoscopic sinusotomy without improvement, had postoperative deterioration, was diagnosed MFS, treated intravenous immunoglobulin complete response. Because the potential severity great vigilance should be taken when examining palsies to prevent misdiagnosis delay treatment this disease.
