摘要: The spontaneous locomotor activity of Drosophila melanogaster was observed longitudinally, in both sexes, at young and old age, during a photophase 12 h. 75 observations each fly (n = 200 n 98 age) were made photophase. At populational level with increasing age the difference between maximal minimal percentages flies active diminishes seriously; moreover, scattering increases age. an individual females are more than males ages scores decrease effects observed, level, due solely to age; they not differential survival depending on or linked score exhibited
