摘要: Abstract The effects of epinephrine on the vascular perfusion solitary Walker tumors implanted in liver were studied Sprague-Dawley rats. Colored silicone rubber (Microfil) solutions injected into arterial and portal circulations each animal, specimens under a stereomicroscope. Internal volume was calculated basis interference light passing through central portions by Microfil-filled vessels. Intraarterial epinephrine, doses 100 or 10 μg, markedly increased encircling plexus internal tumor circulation compared with control animals. significantly from 9.4 percent controls to 22.5 epinephrine-treated Increased also seen when administered system, larger after intraarterial administration. vessels capillary-like appearance.
