摘要: Nous presentons ici des resultats issus de deux etudes cliniques, PARTAGE (sujets >80 ans institutionnalises) et ADELAHYDE hypertendus âges 60 a 85 avec plainte mnesique) menees au CHU Nancy. Les ces montrent une implication la rigidite arterielle sur les fonctions cognitives, leucoaraiose. Le suivi longitudinal cohortes, actuellement realise, permettra mieux comprendre le role du vieillissement arteriel dans l’evolution cognitives.
