摘要: Generally speaking, the creation of tariff systems for energy activities carried out as regulated or public service obligation is becoming professionally challenging. The Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (CERA) created methodology system thermal and passed this (without element amounts) in May 2006. background (heat generation, heat distribution supply) including a legislative framework relevant passing system, terminology, matrix models, elements amounts entries are analyzed paper. Special attention paid to economic characteristics such capital asset pricing model (CAPM), which chosen among several models weighted average cost (WACC).
