摘要: Energy efficiency plays an important role in mitigating energy security risks and emission problems. In this paper, resources are modeled as power plants (EPP) to evaluate their impacts on generation expansion planning (GEP). The supply curve of EPP is proposed using the production function electricity consumption. A decision making framework also presented include GEP problem from investor's point view. revenue investor obtained cost reduction consumers does not earn any income market. each stage GEP, a bi-level model for operation suggested: upper-level represents profit maximization lower-level corresponds maximize social welfare. To solve problem, fixed-point iteration algorithm used known diagonalization method. feed-in tariff investigated regulatory support scheme encourage investor. Results pertaining case study simulated discussed.
