摘要: Objective: Skeletal muscle blood flow during exercise is impaired in obesity. We tested the hypothesis that attenuated vasodilation skeletal arterioles of obese Zucker rats (OZR) due to altered KATP channel-mediated vasodilation.Materials and Methods: channel function was determined isolated response opener cromakalim (0.1–10 μ M) normal myogenic tone α -adrenergic-mediated (0.1 M phenylephrine).
