摘要: Functional dilatory response in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats was investigated using thoracic aortas, isolated hearts, and mesenteric beds. Dose-response curves to the PGI2 analogue iloprost on phenylephrine-preconstricted rings of controls were comparable. In contrast, decreased vasodilation observed when dose-response performed hearts forskolin, an adenylyl cyclase activator, with aortic beds However, a ATP-sensitive potassium channel (K(ATP)) activator lemakalim but not conclusion, under our experimental conditions, diabetes mellitus affects both coronary beds, aorta. heart, this modification vascular reactivity may be due decrease K(ATP) mediated activity cyclase. At time, bed, mechanism remains unknown.
