摘要: Mo 2 N nanocrystals were successfully synthesized through a simple reaction route. The synthesis was carried out in an autoclave the temperature range of 450-550 °C, using MoCl 5 and NaN 3 as reactants. Characterized by XRD, XPS, TEM, composition morphology products confirmed. This work contributes effective facile method for preparing refractory metal nitride.
